SABCO WARRANTY
KEGS.COM LTD dba SABCO, warrants that the component parts of its equipment are free from defects, both as to
material and workmanship, when properly assembled, operated and maintained in accordance with the instructions
found in its operations manual, as well as the safety guidelines and labels contained with each unit. This warranty
runs for five (5) years from the shipping date from SABCO'S manufacturing plant. If within five (5) years of the
shipping date any component part is found to have a manufacturer's defect or a defect which is the direct result of
Sabco's workmanship, SABCO will, at its option, repair or replace the defective part with a new part, at SABCO's
expense.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:
1. Incidental and consequential damages. This warranty does not cover incidental and consequential damages
arising in anyway out of the use of the equipment. The liability of SABCO is in any event, limited to the amount of the
original purchase price of the equipment, and remains in force only as long as the product remains in its original,
as-built configuration.
2. NEGLIGENT OPERATION. This warranty does not cover any loss or damage arising in any way due to the
negligent operation of the equipment.
3. ALTERED, REPAIRED OR MISUSED EQUIPMENT. This warranty does not cover any loss or damage arising in
any way out of the use of the equipment when it has been altered, repaired by persons other than SABCO or when
it has been abused or misused, or when it has been used other than in accordance with the manufacturer's
operating instructions.
4. THIRD PARTY USE. Unless prohibited by law, this warranty does not cover any use of the equipment by a person
other than the original purchaser thereof.
