SABCO WARRANTY

SABCO INDUSTRIES, INC. warrants that the componet parts of its equipment are free from defects, both as to
material and workmanship, when properly assembled, operated and maintained in accordance with the instructions
found in its operations manual, as well as the safety guidelines and labels contained with each unit. This warranty
runs for ninety (90) days from the shipping date from SABCO INDUSTRIES, INC.'S manufacturing plant. If within
ninety (90 ) days of the shipping date any component part is found to be defective by the user, SABCO
INDUSTRIES, INC. will, at its option, repair or replace the defective part with a new part, F.O.B. TOLEDO, OHIO.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:

1. Incidental and consequential damages. This warranty does not cover incidental and consequential damages
arising in anyway out of the use of the equipment. The liability of SABCO INDUSTRIES, INC. is, in any event, limited
to the amount of the original purchase price of the equipment, and remains in force only as long as the product
remains in its original, as-built configuration.

2. NEGLIGENT OPERATION. This warranty does not cover any loss or damage arising in any way due to the
negligent operation of the equipment.

3. ALTERED, REPAIRED OR MISUSED EQUIPMENT. This warranty does not cover any loss or damage arising in
any way out of the use of the equipment when it has been altered, repaired by persons other than SABCO
INDUSTRIES, INC., or when it has been abused or misused, or when it has been used other than in accordance with
the manufacturer's operating instructions.

4. THIRD PARTY USE. Unless prohibited by law, this warranty does not cover any use of the equipment by a person
other than the original purchaser thereof.

RETURNS

If the equipment is found to be unsatisfactory for any reason, it may be returned ( Prepaid and in its original,
unaltered condition and container ) within thirty ( 30 ) days of original shipment to the dealer where purchased for a
full refund. ( Original price charged for returned item(s), plus original freight charged for delivery of the returned
items, to customer's destination )

APPLICATION OF STATE LAW.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations
or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may have other rights which
vary from state to state.

DISCLAIMER

Other than the foregoing limited warranty, SABCO INDUSTRIES, INC. makes no warranties regarding the equipment,
including, but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. There are no
other warranties, express or implied, pertaining to the equipment. SABCO INDUSTRIES, INC. neither assumes nor
authorizes any other person or agent to assume any responsibility or liability on its behalf for operation of the
equipment.
