    use.   Kegs are designed differently by different manufacturers.  
    Sabco is very specific when choosing the right keg for our kettles.

  • Sabco chooses very smooth, easy to carry handles so you won't
    drop them.

  • Sabco  kettles have concave, bowl shaped bottoms so that liquid
    flows uniformly toward your siphon during recirculation so that
    heat is distributed evenly.

  • Sabco kettles have smooth sanitary welds.  No place for bacteria to
    hide!   

  • Sabco kettles Do Not have threaded couplings.  Cleaning threads is
    risky,  time consuming, and not easy.

  • Sabco kettles all utilize a solid stainless thermometer well.  That
    means that you can easily remove your thermometer before you
    clean the kettle without draining the contents.  Also the smooth
    kettle interior makes clean-up a breeze.

  • Sabco keg kettles have a smooth, round, 12" dome opening. Sabco
    also offers a terrific, 12" stainless, non-drip edge lid.

  • Sabco kettles employ brewer preferred, sanitary Tri-Clamp
    connections for easy disassembly and cleaning.  Even the sight
    glass and internal siphon are Tri-Clamp smart.

  • Sabco employs trained stainless steel specialists for all
    customizing and weld work.  Sanitary welds require specific
        procedures and testing.  Ours are the best anywhere!
